The PositionYou will be :
Team Leadership & Performance Management :
Lead and manage a high-performing team composed of senior analysts, analysts, and associates. Oversee daily operations and take the lead in resolving complex operational issues. Monitor team performance, delegate tasks effectively, and report on key metrics.
Manage Service Delivery Agreement (SDA) and performance targets. Establish annual objectives and goals to ensure appropriate resource utilization, consistent performance, and achievement of service goals/objectives. Identify the skills and talents required to meet functional and task-specific business objectives.
People Development & Culture
Build and sustain effective relationships with local business partners to drive performance and implement best practices/ improvements. Create an inspiring team environment characterized by an open communication culture.
Promote a working environment that encourages continuous personal development and workstream improvement. Develop staff capabilities and support their career goals. Motivate team members, recognize high performance, reward accomplishments, and proactively manage performance issues. Actively listen to team members’ feedback and provide support to resolve any issues or conflicts.
Compliance, Control, & Continuous Improvement
Ensure a high level of understanding of local business requirements. Implement and operate financial control and governance to a standard that meets the Financial Controls Framework and Audit requirements. Proactively identify, recommend, and lead the implementation of continuous improvement solutions in consultation with management, including reviewing and updating process documentation.
Ensure all business activities comply with relevant company global processes, local laws, and maintain high ethical standards. Ensure effective knowledge transfer for sustainable development, knowledge sharing, and best practices within the team. Contribute inputs and findings to establish a knowledge database of encountered issues and propose resolution steps to facilitate continuous learning, development, and cross-sharing of knowledge and lessons learned across the teams (Coaching/Sharing). Act as a backup for the Cluster Lead during their absence.
Who you are:
Education: Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent.
Leadership Experience: Proven work experience in managing transactional accounting and business service teams, particularly in a performance-driven and agile environment, functioning as a team leader or supervisor (at least 3 years).
Domain Expertise: Solid Accounts Payable processes knowledge. Technical Skills: Knowledge and experience in SAP (essential) or other ERP/Accounting systems.
Analytical Skills: In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
Core Competencies: Excellent communication and leadership skills, strong organizational and time-management skills, and demonstrated decision-making abilities.
