Finance leader responsible for financial controllership, operational excellence, stakeholder management, digital transformation and talent development across enterprise finance functions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Individual Contributor
- Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close
- Review complex journal entries, accruals and adjustments
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS and SOX
- Drive balance sheet integrity and financial statement reviews
- Perform variance analysis, financial storytelling and risk management
- People Leadership
- Lead managers, team leads and accountants
- Develop succession plans and coaching programs
- Drive engagement, retention and capability building
- Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Controllers, Directors and Business Leaders
- Lead governance reviews and executive presentations
- Manage escalations and strengthen stakeholder satisfaction
- Collaborate with Audit, Tax, Treasury, HR and IT teams
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce
- MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, and ACCA
- 12+ years of Finance & Accounting experience
- 5+ years leading large global teams
- Techno-Functional Capabilities
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, BlackLine and OneStream
- Advanced analytics using Power BI and Excel
- Ability to lead RPA, AI and workflow automation initiatives
- Ability drive Lean, Six Sigma and finance transformation programs.
