Are you a public accounting professional who gets energized by solving complex problems, improving how work gets done, and helping people adopt smarter ways of working? This newly created Manager of Accounting Solutions role offers a unique opportunity to shape how technology supports Audit, Tax, and Client Advisory teams across the firm. You'll work at the forefront of innovation, including emerging AI-enabled solutions, while partnering with leaders throughout the organization to drive meaningful change. If you enjoy systems thinking, collaboration, and building practical solutions that make a lasting impact, you'll find both challenge and opportunity here.

You'll lead platform governance, evaluate and optimize technology solutions, streamline processes, and help guide the adoption of automation and AI initiatives that improve efficiency and user experience. Working closely with IT, Digital Transformation, and service line leadership, you'll play a key role in navigating significant organizational change, documenting best practices, and driving long-term technology strategy. Success in this role means helping the firm simplify its technology landscape, strengthen adoption, and deliver measurable value to practitioners across the organization.

This role will be full time in the office for the first few months until initial training is completed. Then the opportunity to request a hybrid schedule is available but will continue to be required to come into the office as needed.
