Job Description

Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.

Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations.

Improve the company: Make recommendations to enhance processes and boost ease and efficiency.

Define Sutherland’s reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Empower the workforce: Determine training needs to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge.

  • Ability to multi-task by sharing knowledge, floor support, inter-geo communication, client communication, learning and development of other TSMs
  • Deep understanding of project goals, escalation handling, attendance management, onboarding/offboarding, client projects, KCS, daily operations including tools.
  • Ability to conduct reviews and drive completion of tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and lead the resolution of issues
  • Be able to take the lead in making improvements and create development plans
  • Works with internal departments on project definition & configuration
  • Knowledge on financial management and employee engagement
  • Basic technical understanding in two or more of the following areas:
    • Computer hardware or software,
    • Storage, RAID,
    • Networking, NAS
    • Authentication, Encryption, Cloud (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) – Basic understanding and knowledge
    • Windows/ Linux 

Qualifications

- A bachelor’s degree

- Three years operations and management experience; Process transformation experience required

- Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements

- Demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues

- Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives

- Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner

- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications

- Advanced English level (B2H) -Strong oral and written communication skills. Deep understanding of Sutherland Processes, ability to handle production tools, client and internal deliverables and performance management
