Mission:
Account Managers are coaches. Ensuring that each customer realizes the maximum value of their hero's journey with JobNimbus. Account Managers understand the customer’s buying reasons as the foundation for driving value in each case. Validating product adoption and usage with the goal of helping customers achieve their business goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Marketing Account Managers to ensure high performance and professional growth through conducting regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews to align on goals and address challenges.
- Allocate and prioritize client accounts effectively, balancing workload and resources across the team, including providing strategic direction on the delivery of client marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Support your team by acting as a point of escalation for client concerns, ensuring timely resolution and high client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement account management strategies to enhance client retention, satisfaction, and growth.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal fulfillment teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee the analysis of client campaign performance, provisioning coaching to your Account Managers enabling actionable insights and recommendations for our clients.
- Assist Account Managers in the preparation and presentation of performance reports to clients, showcasing results and ROI.
- Use data to inform strategic team planning and identify areas for operation business improvement.
What makes you the hero for this job:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, related field or other relevant experience.
- 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, with at least 2 years of leadership of account management teams, with a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, campaign execution, and digital marketing trends.
- This management role is required to be in office 5 days per week at our headquarters location (Lehi, UT).
