We are seeking an experienced IAM/IGA Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deploying Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, proven leadership abilities, and significant experience working with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic IAM and IGA assessments, roadmap development, and strategy planning to ensure compliance with international regulations and business requirements.
Oversee configuration, deployment, and integration of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as Saviynt, Veza, and other leading technologies, focusing on scalable enterprise solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants, fostering skill development and a collaborative team culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Information Security, IT Operations, and Application Development—to achieve seamless IGA and IAM integration and operational excellence.
Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
Assist in incident response and troubleshooting for IGA and IAM systems, driving continuous improvement in security operations.
Stay current with global best practices, emerging IGA/IAM technologies, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the US and EMEA markets.
Prerequisite:
Minimum 5+ years of experience deploying IGA solutions (Saviynt, Veza, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in engineering - Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python is required.
Hands-on experience developing API-based connectors for platforms such as Saviynt and Veza to facilitate integration with a variety of target applications is required.
Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring junior team members.
Strong international client-facing experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Preferred certifications - Saviynt Certified IGA Professional, CISSP, SailPoint - Identity Security Engineer Certification, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
