The Opportunity:
UCF's College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS) is seeking a professional Manager, Academic Program to serve as a key operational and programmatic leader within the college. In this role, you will develop, administer, and support programs that enhance the learning environment for students and faculty development, while providing services and operational support for academic programs across CECS.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate College Study Abroad programs, including serving as a point of contact for prospective and current students exploring international opportunities.
- Manage the CECS Scholarships Program and collaborate with other relevant university offices. Manage the budgets, agreements, applications, selection process, and final disbursement requests.
- Manage enrollment services for inbound and outbound Study Abroad students; monitor outbound students, provide academic support as needed, and ensure enrollment prerequisites are met.
- Evaluate, develop, and initiate international partnerships; manage existing agreements.
- Manage International Engineering and Computer Science curriculum, supporting faculty and students with advising, documentation, and program coordination as needed.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in a higher education institution or study abroad organization, including experience in international education programs, academic advising, student services, or student exchange programs.
- Skilled in evaluating international academic credentials and supporting course articulation, equivalency review, or curriculum mapping processes, in collaboration with faculty and academic leadership.
- Track record of developing, reviewing, or maintaining institutional agreements, memoranda of understanding (MOUs), or international academic partnerships.
- Experience managing scholarship programs, including application processing, selection coordination, budget oversight, and fund disbursement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting program information to multiple audiences including students, faculty, and institutional or international partners.
- Familiarity with information systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, Banner, or similar platforms for enrollment tracking, scholarship administration, or academic program coordination.
Special Instructions to the Applicants:
- The anticipated salary range for this position is $48,722 to $58,203. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.

This role requires the successful candidate to work on-site at UCF as their primary work location. On-site presence is an essential function of this role.
