Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc. is searching for a motivated and driven sales/field technician to join our team as a Field Operations and Sales Manager Trainee at our Nashville, Tennessee location.
This Field Operations and Sales Manager Trainee position is great for self-starters who enjoy working independently but also being part of a team. You will work closely with management to learn about our operations, customer services, sales and administrative functions.
Experience or degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Construction Management or Sales/Technical experience is required.

- Lead projects involving staff performing inspections of homes, commercial buildings and other structures
- Oversee on-site seismic vibration and sound monitoring activities
- Manage the on-site installation of equipment
- Develop expertise in the company’s services and protocols
