The Program:
The Management Associate Program is designed to give an overview of all of the products and services that Expeditors China offers and to provide the trainee with the experience needed to continue his/her career at Expeditors in any number of exciting positions within a branch from supervisory to junior managerial roles. The duration will be 6-12 months;
The program involves not only the operations of each department, but also the finance, sales, retention and managerial aspects of every product and service;
A candidate for this program must be energetic, hard work and possess an ability to learn quickly and act with minimal supervision. A self- starter with an ambition to excel within the organization, but have the patience to learn all aspects and levels of the company through a defined learning program;
This program will require the candidate to work at entry level and desk level operations in all product departments while assessing their suitability for learning, execution and management;
Successfully graduated from MA program, the candidate will be relocated to a designated branch in China in accordance with Company’s business development request.
The Job:
1.To understanding various product, functional and management training within NingBo Branch;
2.To get familiarized with Expeditors’ culture, structure, products, systems, policies and procedures, workflow and standards;
3.To develop knowledge base and skill sets necessary for future management assignment;
4.To perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the management to meet the branch and regional development needs and objectives.
Qualifications
1.Master degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, MBA is an advantage;
2.Proficiency in English, CET-6 above;
3.Excellent presentation skills;
4.Good communication and interpersonal skills;
5.Strong analytical mind with keen business acumen;
