About Unilever Bangladesh’s Management Trainee Programme:
Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) in Bangladesh is part of a global leadership programme to build top-performing and high potential undergraduate talent into future leaders featuring cross-pillar rotations with international exposure opportunities.
As an HR Management Trainee, you’ll rotate across key sub-pillars—Employee Relations, People Experience, Employer Brand, Business Partnering, and HR Transformation—gaining hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of HR practices. Each rotation is designed to challenge your thinking, sharpen your skills, and deepen your understanding of how HR drives organizational success.
From navigating complex employee dynamics to crafting compelling people engagement strategies, you’ll be empowered to bring fresh ideas and make meaningful impact. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve real-world problems, and contribute to shaping a people-first culture.
This is more than a learning opportunity - it’s a launchpad for future HR leadership.
The 15-month programme is designed to grow you as a talent for future leadership through hands-on learning in a fast-paced work environment. After successful graduation from the programme, candidates are placed into an accelerated career trajectories.
Who are we looking for?
· Fresh graduates/ candidates with maximum 6 months of full-time work experience
· Demonstrated examples in developing leadership and teamwork skills
· Strong communication and analytical skills
· Passion for winning and aspirations for an accelerated career
