The Role

A Management Trainee Program is a structured training initiative within an organization designed to develop the next generation of leaders and managers. This program typically targets recent graduates or early-career professionals and aims to equip them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to assume managerial roles within the company mainly in logistics industry.


Objective:


👉To nurture young talent pool to growth and to provide the top graduates with the opportunity to advance their careers more quickly in the logistics sector. Building a career and gaining knowledge and skills through a special combination of on-the-job training and practical work experience is what it means to be a Management Trainee with Ninjavan.



Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder with minimum CGPA of 3.2 or its equivalent
  • Less than 1 years of working experienced
  • Actively participate in extracurricular activities
  • Able to work in a team or independently
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
