Job Description

Objective:

This career acceleration program is designed to help you grow into a future HR leader by giving you hands-on experience and exposure to different HR functions across the company. In this program, you’ll get the chance to dive into some of the HR functions, including:

  • Talent Acquisition: Help recruit top talent by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, preparing salary offers, and supporting the onboarding of new hires.
  • Employee & Industrial Relations: Play a key role in managing employee concerns, handling disciplinary actions, keeping communication flowing, and ensuring conflict resolution and labor law compliance.
  • Performance Management: Assist with performance evaluations, track development plans, and contribute to year-end appraisals for career growth, promotions, and salary increases.
  • Training & Development: Be a part of creating and running training programs and workshops, measure their impact, and help identify skills gaps across departments.
  • HR Projects: Jump into exciting HR projects on employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and wellness, and help roll out initiatives that align with the company’s HR strategy.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR policies stay on top of labor laws, update employees on policy changes, assist with audits, and prepare reports and documentation to keep everything running smoothly.

  • A Master’s degree or PhD in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR is a bonus, but a strong passion to learn, grow, and explore the HR field is key.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are a must.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay cool under pressure while thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Proven leadership potential with a proactive, can-do attitude.
