What You Will Do
- Acting as a communication bridge between internal departments and vendors
- Supporting daily administrative processes and operational workflows
- Assisting in the preparation, consolidation, and follow-up of regular reports
- Taking an active role in planning and coordinating travel and event–related tasks
- Supporting IT and administrative teams with documentation and process updates
- Helping ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects and follow-ups
- Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve efficiency
What You Will Need
- Currently studying at a university (no mandatory class attendance preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn, proactive, and open to feedback
- Highly organized with good time-management abilities
- Comfortable interacting with various stakeholders (internal teams & vendors)
- Basic knowledge of administrative workflows or reporting is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to grow within the role
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week
