You will play a key role in improving export business growth and operational excellence, by collaborating closely with the export department and cross-functional teams within the factory as well as overseas business partners of KION Group

You will gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in every aspect of export business management, including order processing, product marketing, and business development

Identify inefficiencies, challenges, and growth opportunities within our operations. Utilize data analysis, digital marketing strategies, AI tools, and e-marketing solutions to propose and implement actionable measures that drive business excellence

You will contribute to creating a cooperative and proactive environment that fosters teamwork and enthusiasm among our export team members
Requirements
- You have a bachelor's (or master's) degree in engineering, natural sciences, business administration, sales and marketing and are now excited to gain practical experience
- You have a keen interest in trading / export development and ideally already have initial practical experience in form of an internship or others
- You have professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin enabling you to communicate with stakeholders and our global development teams
- You have already acquired international experience and/or are excited by the prospect of international collaboration and a placement abroad for several months as part of the trainee program
- You have strong IT skills - you particularly use MS Office daily and have knowledge of relevant development tools
