Job Description- Contribute to strategic and operational projects in an international business environment
- Support senior management in driving key business initiatives and organizational priorities
- Independently manage sub-projects and gradually take ownership of larger initiatives
- Analyze business, market, operational, and company data to derive actionable insights and support decision-making
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and decision documents for executive management
- Act as an interface between management and cross-functional teams across the organization
- Support the C-Level in strategic, organizational, and administrative matters
- Participate in training and development programs designed to prepare you for future leadership roles
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a strong technical affinity and sound technical understanding, or a completed degree in a technical discipline with solid foundation in business administration and economics
- Initial experience in an industrial, technology-driven, or international business environment through internships, project work, or a first professional role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and independent working style
- Hands-on mentality, strong execution skills, and a high level of ownership
- Business acumen and affinity for digital tools, data analysis, and process improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively to different stakeholders
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on responsibility
- High willingness to travel nationally and internationally, as well as readiness to undertake extended assignments abroad, as part of your leadership development within Anton Paar

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3,800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
