Position Summary
An exciting opportunity have arisen for a Management Systems Analyst to support the control of contractors across the Digital and IT function. As apart of this role you will monitor and maintain the management framework across the Digital and IT function. Alongside co-ordinating the cadence of the management system across the Digital and IT function and support Reporting across the Digital & IT.
What you will be doing:
- You will track the actions for the control of contractors across the Digital & IT function, ensuring actions that are closed on time, and a full audit trail is available.
- You will monitor and maintain proposed changes for the management system across Digital and IT. You will be ensuring updates are reviewed, approved and delivered in line with the monthly change window.
- You will support the communications across the Digital and IT function; The All Hands calls, The Digital & IT leadership conference, The Change Maker network etc. You will create materials and co-ordinate the communication schedule.
- You will support the Management Systems Lead in the creation of materials for the MBR. QBR, Strategy and ELT updates.
Preferred Requirements:
- Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
- highly organised with a passion for process improvement and ensuring things run like clockwork.
- Ability to muti-task effectively.
- You must be able to work collaboratively.
