Mission: 

The mission of this role is to be responsible of the financial area's information management for business monitoring and compliance of Santander Group's requirements and regulatory bodies, as well as support in the decision making related to Openbank's strategy. This person will also be in charge for the automation of processes with a strong focus on SQL and Python.

Responsibilities:

• MIS project management.
• Key business KPI's monitoring.
• Reporting to Management Team and Santander Group.
• Compliance of the regulatory agencies' requirements.
• Support in the various information needs of the area and/or other areas.
• Support in other projects of the financial area.

To be successful in the role you must have:

•  +5 year of experience in a similar position with strong focus on SQL and Python.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics).
• Proved knowledge of SQL, Python and Pyspark. Desirable knowledge in AI and Machine Learning algorithms.
• B2 or similar English level.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail.
• Able to work as a team, communicating and sharing findings with team members.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to find solutions proactively.
• Highly motivated candidate with sound judgment, able to handle confidential information, integrity, and a solid work ethic.
