What You Will Do
You will build a foundation in business consulting by supporting project teams across the entire delivery lifecycle:
1. Research & Analysis

Dig Deeper: Perform rigorous data gathering and analysis. You will synthesize quantitative and qualitative information to help the team understand the root causes of client challenges.
Identify Solutions: Assist in conceptualizing business problems and assessing possible solutions, processes, and methodologies.

2. Content Creation & Reporting

Tell the Story: Assist in the writing and production of high-quality business reports, white papers, and presentations. You will create organized, detailed documentation that translates data into insight.
Quality Control: Review work products for accuracy, quality, and completeness before they ever reach the client.

3. Project Support & Coordination

Client Interaction: Participate in client interviews and meetings to understand their needs. You won't just be in the back room; you will gain exposure to real client environments.
Keep Us on Track: Assist project management with task tracking, administrative activities, and risk communication to ensure our engagements stay on schedule.

Requirements

Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in management consulting or professional services.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
Tech Stack: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is non-negotiable, with a strong preference for Excel and Visio skills.
Availability: Must be comfortable working in the Eastern Time Zone and willing to travel occasionally.
