At Implement Consulting Group, we wish to make a difference in the consulting industry. That is why we are currently looking for talented graduates to take part in complex transformation projects.
Our focus is to ensure the most optimal supply chain from a process and digital perspective. We help clients transform and implement best-in-class supply chain planning processes, and we merge the IT-enabling elements of core business functions and operations into a business context. We cover business functions and IT aspects end to end, enabling companies to perform and grow on a daily basis, which requires business insight and deep functional expertise to deliver digital solutions with true impact.
We are looking for various competencies in different areas of supply chain planning, e.g. demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimisation and digital planning tools, to become the best at helping our clients complete their digital and operational journey.
Job content – Change with Impact
Depending on your personal journey and development goals, your tasks may include:
- Taking part in implementing defined concepts in forecasting and demand or supply planning, sales and operations planning, inventory optimisation, segmentation etc.
- Training stakeholders and facilitating workshops in improvement projects
- Turning business requirements into business process implementation projects
- Advising clients in specific solution areas to help them on their digital journey towards using SAP IBP or other digital planning tools
- Setting up and running improvement projects in net working capital optimisation, stock reduction, service level improvements etc.
Our projects are wide-ranging and typically include optimisation of management tools and processes, performance management solutions and creating organisational excellence.
We are looking for people who
- Are about to complete their master’s degree with excellent results (relevant master’s programme)
- Ideally have previous internship experience with SAP or other planning systems
- Are eager to create results and thrive on taking a collaborative approach to the execution of change
- Embrace diversity
- Have strong analytical skills and are motivated by finding solutions to complex problems
- Appreciate a flat organisational structure where results are more important than hierarchy
- Would like to be part of an amazing tribe with a unique collaborative culture
- Would like the opportunity to grow personally as well as professionally
- Are good at structuring and facilitating presentations in German and/or English
