Job Description
Want to help consumer & manufacturing organizations with strategic work in the intersect between business & technology? Do you enjoy to drive the business strategic perspective into technology and re-platforming needs? We do, and we need to grow our team! Especially with mid-seniority consultants who have experience and are passionate about this since 4-8 years.
Examples of what we do:
- Define strategic ambition and business target operating model before looking into choices of technology and applications
- Help select and source the right technology and/or application for one or more domains
- Support the transformation journey as trusted advisor and business integrator, to strengthen the client and system integrator organization
- Advice & facilitate formation of strategies in the context of digital, IT and ERP
- Drive Digital Transformation in client organizations that can span from project management in small scale agile service- and application design & development initiatives to large scale platform designs & implementations
- Ensure that the business changes of organization & processes required to realize the expected effects
There is a significant need of the above in the Consumer & Manufacturing sector, where a lot of transformation and technology shifts are urgently needed. Examples: ERP, PLM, CRM, CPQ, IoT, Data & Analytics, AI. We cover them all!

Qualifications
We are sure that you would be a valuable addition to our team, should you have experience within any of the following:
- Digital and IT strategy
- IT & ERP sourcing
- Digital transformation and ERP implementation
- Digital service design, development & implementation
Ideally you also have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience of working as a management consultant, of which the main part of the experience has been from a Swedish location as base
- A genuine passion for technology & how technology can enable our customers in the consumer & manufacturing industries to excel
To be considered for this opportunity you must be fluent in Swedish or having worked in Sweden for at least 3-5 years*
