Management consultants in business and operations design

In essence, we design and implement top-notch solutions in operations to help organisations achieve extraordinary business results. As part of the team, you will help us address the problems that may arise in connection with executing complex transformational projects.

Together with your team and the client, you will work on solutions that provide real impact in an autonomy- and trust-based working environment.

Depending on your profile, your tasks might include:

• Designing and implementing new operating models
• Supporting post-merger integrations and carve-outs
• Optimizing business processes with a digital-first mindset
• Exploring the business value of (generative) AI for service operations
• Innovating organisation and introducing new ways of working
• Establishing operations and performance management systems
• Training and coaching leaders and employees at all levels
• Developing our services and building commercial relationships
• Taking responsibility for the development of younger consultants

In addition to working on client projects, you will get the opportunity to actively develop and shape your area of expertise.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold an excellent master’s degree from a renowned university
• Have at least two years of working experience in consulting, from the industry or from start-ups
• Have solid project management skills and a collaborative approach to client engagement
• Have relevant experience in several of the disciplines mentioned above
• Appreciate a flat organisation where results are more important than hierarchy and status
• Are fluent in written and spoken German and English – with other languages being an asset
• Have a strong track record of handling complex and analytical challenges
• Are a proactive, ambitious and energising person and a team player with outstanding communication skills
