To support our continued growth in Switzerland, we are looking for curious and driven graduates to join our Business & Operations Design team with a focus on Financial Services in Zurich.
This is your opportunity to start your consulting career working with leading banks, insurers, asset managers, and other financial institutions in an environment defined by trust, collaboration, and real impact from day one.
Your Role – Creating Impact Through Transformation
As part of our team, you will work closely with experienced consultants and clients to design and implement solutions that improve how financial institutions operate and perform.
From the beginning, you will take on responsibility and contribute to projects such as:
Designing and implementing operating models
Supporting organizational transformations and new ways of working
Optimizing business processes with a digital-first mindset
Establishing performance management frameworks
Exploring the business value of emerging technologies (e.g., AI)
Supporting post-merger integrations and carve-outs
Preparing and facilitating workshops with client stakeholders
Supporting transformation initiatives across banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, and other Financial Services organizations
In addition to client work, you will have the opportunity to develop your own capabilities and contribute to shaping our growing practice and local culture.
What You Bring
You are about to complete, or have recently completed, a master’s degree from a top university (e.g., business, engineering, economics, finance, or related fields) with strong academic results.
You also:
Have up to 2 years of relevant experience (e.g., internships, working student roles, or full-time experience)
Have an interest in Financial Services and how the industry is evolving
Are analytically strong and enjoy solving complex problems
Communicate clearly and work well in collaborative environments
Bring a structured and proactive approach to your work
Are curious about how organizations function and how they can improve
Thrive in a project-based, fast-paced setting
Are fluent in German and English;
