You will work closely with other team members to collect and organize information to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial reports and data related to partner investments.
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly accounting and reconciliation of partner investments and cash flows
- Collection, organization, recording and retention of quarterly and year-end tax deliverables (i.e. quarterly tax estimates, IRS 1065 K-1s, IRS Foreign Reporting Forms)
- Help obtain and or prepare tax documents and work with outside tax preparer
- Approve and process payment of expenses
- Organize and maintain financial records
- Transfer information into financial software databases
Qualifications
- BA degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with balance sheet and summary of investments for high net worth individuals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment
- Approach all aspects of responsibilities with the highest level of discretion and integrity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and a proactive approach
