Management Associate Programme 2026 (UOB Thailand)
Job Summary
The UOB Management Associate Programme is a highly selective 24-month fast-track development program designed to cultivate future leaders within UOB Thailand. Successful candidates will gain accelerated exposure to diverse aspects of banking operations, preparing them for key leadership roles within the organization.

Responsibilities
Participate in structured rotations across various business units and functions within UOB Thailand, such as Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, Operations, Technology and Operations, and Risk Management.
Engage in challenging projects and assignments, contributing to strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of UOB's products, services, and core banking processes.
Receive mentorship from senior leaders and gain insights into the banking industry's landscape.
Attend tailored training programs, workshops, and leadership development sessions to enhance functional and leadership capabilities.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management on various projects and business issues.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments and levels.
Embrace a culture of continuous learning and proactively seek opportunities for professional growth.
Upon successful completion of the programme, assume a permanent role within a business unit aligned with your strengths and the bank's strategic needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
Less than 2 years of full-time work experience at the time of application.
Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities, internships, or academic projects.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Thai.
Proactive, results-oriented, and resilient mindset.
Strong interest in the financial services industry and a desire to build a long-term career with UOB.
