What you are going to do
As a Management Assistant, you primarily support two management team members and their teams, as well as assist the CIO and other managers. You work proactively with your fellow assistants, providing backup and mutual support. Effective agenda management is crucial due to coordination with international contacts and different time zones. Flexibility, insight, and a solution-oriented approach are essential.
Your responsibilities
• You work specific for two managers of the MT and their teams
• Manage the agendas of the two managers
• Plan and organize meetings and meeting rooms for the managers and team members
• Organize business travels for the teams
• Perform administrative tasks like filing expenses and arranging IT authorizations
• You provide back-up to the other two Management Assistants where needed.

Salary between €2.531 and €3.615, based on 36 hours, depending on your knowledge and experience

You bring:
A completed MBO or HBO education
Several years of relevant work experience in a similar role
Based in the Netherlands
Strong planning and organisational skills
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and preferably experienced with Co-pilot or a similar AI assistant program
