The Position

The Management Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the Manager and their roster of artists, helping ensure the smooth coordination of artist campaigns, schedules, and business operations. This role works closely with artists, internal teams, and external partners across labels, publishers, legal, finance, and rights management to keep projects moving forward. The role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and interviews, prepare agendas and briefing materials, take meeting notes, and coordinate day-to-day administrative support.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, itineraries, and logistics for artists and management.

  • Organize and maintain artist files, including contracts, royalty statements, marketing assets, photos, videos, and release materials.

  • Support artist events, promotional appearances, showcases, and tours as needed.

  • Coordinate the review, approval, organization, and distribution of marketing and promotional assets.

  • Assist with marketing, publicity, radio, television, digital, and advertising campaigns by coordinating materials and ensuring timely delivery of assets.

  • Track ticket sales and campaign performance, compiling reports and assisting with promotional planning.

  • Support social media efforts by coordinating content calendars, requesting assets from artists, drafting post ideas, and monitoring engagement and platform insights.

  • Liaise with artists, management, and external partners to ensure deadlines are met and information is communicated effectively.

  • Provide general administrative and project support across artist campaigns and day-to-day management activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in artist management, entertainment, music, media, or a similar administrative support role.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management and collaboration tools is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality.

  • Passion for the music industry and a collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
