Are you a proactive, hands-on Management Assistant with a knack for thriving in fast-paced, international environments? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We're seeking a dynamic Management Assistant to support the Head of Investor Relations (IR) and the Investor Relations team.
What you are going to do
- Provide proactive support to the Head of IR, including extensive mailbox and calendar management, as well as meeting and travel arrangements
- Assess and prioritize incoming requests to optimize the Head of IR's time
- Manage communications and correspondence to ensure timely responses and actions
- Coordinate meetings and appointments with a high level of customer service and integrity
- Organize roadshows and conferences for the IR team
- Be a stable and trustworthy go-to person within NN Group, contributing to positive collaboration
- Ensure timely delivery of all tasks and projects, maintaining a keen awareness of deadlines and time-sensitive priorities

- A monthly salary between €1,968 and €2,812, based on a 24-hour work week, excluding the 13th month and holiday allowance

Who you are
- You have experience as a Management Assistant within a publicly listed company (preferred)
- You possess organizational sensitivity, a positive attitude, strong collaboration skills, and empathy
- You can handle a rapidly changing environment and shifting priorities with ease
- You are proficient in Dutch and English at a professional level

You'll work directly with the Head of IR and the IR team. Our investor relations team at NN Group connects capital markets with NN management, finance, risk, and strategy teams.
