Your contribution:
You support our CFO with strategic, conceptual, and project-related topics, ensuring that decision-making processes are efficient and effective.
You work in a team with the assistants of the CFO and towards the directs of the CEO. With a sharp analytical mindset, you prepare evaluations, presentations, and decision-making documents for the executive level.
You manage the preparation, execution, and follow-up of board and committee meetings with the highest professional standards.
In internal and external business meetings, you represent the CFO with professionalism and confidence and help drive the execution of strategic priorities.
You are actively involved in cross-functional special projects, taking ownership in planning, steering, and implementing strategic initiatives.
What you bring:
Several years of relevant experience in consulting, project management, strategy, or business development – ideally in a corporate or tech-driven environment and finance.
Willingness to be on-site 5 days a week at our Koblenz headquarters, seeing this not just as a necessity but as a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with the CFO of CompuGroup Medical – gaining direct exposure to top-level decision-making, accelerating your learning curve, and actively shaping strategic finance topics in real time.
An excellent academic degree, preferably in business, industrial engineering, business informatics or similar; degrees in law, mathematics or physics with a business focus are also welcome.
Strong skills in MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint & Excel).
A high level of initiative, analytical strength, reliability, and absolute discretion in working at top-management level. Fluency in German and English is required.
