About the Role. G2 Ops supports mission-critical defense and technology initiatives by solving complex operational, engineering, certification, and readiness challenges. We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented Management Analyst to support NAVWAR certification activities for U.S. Navy afloat C4ISR/C5I systems, ship baselines, and related engineering change processes.
In this role, you’ll support NAVWAR Certification Authority, Certification Managers, Technical Warrant Holders, Platform Technical Warrant Holders, and affiliated stakeholders by analyzing shipboard system baselines, assessing certification readiness, tracking risks, and helping ensure certification deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with NAVWAR and NAVSEA processes.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze U.S. Navy ship baselines, engineering change data, installation records, and certification artifacts to identify gaps, risks, and readiness impacts.
- Support NAVWAR Certification Authority, Certification Managers, Technical Warrant Holders, and platform stakeholders with certification planning, tracking, and documentation.
- Develop, review, and maintain key certification deliverables, including PRR, WSIA, WSCD, and CBD packages.
- Serve as a trusted TEMPER user and process resource by updating certification data, linking SCDs/ECRs, tracking risks, and improving workflow accuracy.
- Coordinate across NAVWAR, NAVSEA, engineering, test, and program teams to support milestone tracking, baseline reviews, and certification decisions.
- Contribute to process improvements, training materials, SOPs, guidebooks, and user support that help teams work more consistently and efficiently.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, engineering, science, management, operations research, financial, cost analysis, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience supporting engineering/science management, operations research, program analysis, financial/cost analysis, or mission-focused DoD programs.
- Experience supporting U.S. Navy programs, operations, or acquisition environments.
- Working knowledge of NAVWAR, NAVSEA, PEO C4I, C4ISR/C5I systems, Navy ship baselines, or related certification/readiness processes.
- Ability to analyze technical and program data, identify risks or gaps, and communicate clear recommendations to government and contractor stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence supporting meetings, briefings, reports, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required DoD security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret clearance; active TS/SCI is highly desired for some program assignments.
- Experience with TEMPER, SPIDER, NDE, CMPRO, SharePoint, Planner, or similar Navy certification/configuration management tools.
- Familiarity with WSIA, WSCD, PRR, CBD, NWSCP, SHIPMAIN, ECR/SCD workflows, CNO availabilities, or NAVSEA certification panel processes.
- Experience developing SOPs, CONOPs, guidebooks, checklists, training materials, or process improvement resources.
- Microsoft Power Platform experience or PL-900 Certification is highly desired.

Compensation & Benefits. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000-$145,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Skills Required
- 5+ years of relevant experience
