Position: MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Basic Services: The individual shall provide management support services to the agency's Directorates.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in a field of expertise related to the issues to be analyzed, and one (1) year experience working with senior-level policies and programs similar to those to be analyzed; OR three (3) years senior-level experience related to the policies or programs that are similar to those to be analyzed.

Experience: Demonstrated at least 2 years of experience and confidence in providing a full range of management support to senior staff and leaders

Position Hours: Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm.

Pay: $38.46 - $40.87 per hour

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Drafting and editing correspondence.

• Providing administrative support to multiple Directorates.

• Utilizing Department financial systems to conduct financial administrative tasks.

• Running financial and administrative reports.

• Managing electronic filing systems.

• Calendar coordination and management.

• Preparing briefing materials and assembling documentation.

• Maintaining logs, databases, and tracking documents.

• Supporting HR and management-related tasks as assigned.

• Supporting general project administration

Qualifications

Skills Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in a field related to the issues being analyzed
One year of experience working with senior-level policies and programs, or three years of related senior-level experience
At least two years of experience providing full management support to senior staff and leaders
