DT Professional Services is seeking a Management Analyst III to support our NSWC team in Port Hueneme, CA. This position supports data analysis, reporting, and operational research functions.
Responsibilities:
- Duties include but not limited to:
- Support program daily execution tasking.
- Conduct operations analysis advising leadership on performance metrics, efficiencies, and process improvements to ensure alignment with all applicable Federal, NAVSEC, NSWC HQ, and local Instructions and Policy.
- Manage the planning, submission, and execution tracking of compliance-related program operations.
- Perform detailed status and resource analyses to guide program prioritization and funding decisions.
- Perform comprehensive oversight of compliance program operations. Prepare and deliver concise reports and briefings for leadership on program execution status and key analytical findings.
- Serve as the key point of contact for knowledge of applicable Federal, NAVSEC, NSWC HQ, and local Instructions and Policy, ensuring all communications and program activities are in full compliance.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a business or technical field.
- Significant experience supporting U.S. Navy programs or operations.
- Experience with planning, submission, monitoring and reporting of annual budgets and execution.
- Experience preparing reports, metrics, or briefings for leadership.
The compensation range for this position: $70,969.60 - $90,155.52
