Management Analyst III

ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Management Analyst in San Antonio, TX. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense.

Join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in performing management responsibilities as well as being tasked with oversight of day-to-day administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop web content management, complete technical writing, complete standardization of processes/procedures, development of organizational policies/procedures, metrics and trend analysis, ensuring the effectiveness of internal and external communication, and management of document repositories
• Manage document libraries, contribute to wiki pages, and page development in Microsoft SharePoint
• Develop high level programmatic documentation through requirements management, including gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Consult cross-functional teams to ensure a clear representation, making recommendations to help improve the effectiveness of activities, and responsiveness to its customers.
• Oversee the process to add or remove access/accounts as needed
