ProSync is seeking a passionate Management Analyst II to provide advanced analytical work supporting complex organizational, operational, and financial assessments, with a strong emphasis on U.S. Navy programs. This role provides high‑level recommendations to government stakeholders by evaluating data, conducting interviews, and developing analytical models that improve organizational performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct advanced data analysis to identify organizational challenges and recommend improvements.
  • Evaluate financial, operational, and workforce metrics to support decision‑making.
  • Interview personnel and observe operations to understand organizational structure and culture.
  • Develop and solve mathematical models to support analytical findings.
  • Prepare detailed written reports and deliver oral presentations to government stakeholders.
  • Support implementation of recommended solutions when required.

Requirements
  • A Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research, or financial/cost analysis.
  • Experience with Navy-based operations is required.
  • A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s level degree or higher in Business, Finance or related field.
