Key Responsibilities
• Architect and close sales opportunities, negotiating commercial terms and conditions with clients.
• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade, managed services solutions, with particular emphasis on Hitachi infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, delivery, commercial, and technical experts to define and execute solution strategies.
• Capture, understand and analyse specific customer business issues and demands, and translate them into a Hitachi vision and solution.
• Present solution designs and strategies to internal and external stakeholders, including CXO-level audiences.
• Identify capability gaps in delivering transformational services and engage partners to complete the solution.
• Ensure solutions are cost-effective, functional, and deliver measurable value to clients.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure solutions remain competitive.
Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in designing and delivering managed services solutions within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to solutioning.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and present at senior stakeholder levels.
• Solid understanding of IT enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, virtualisation, and ITIL frameworks.
• Financial and business acumen, including experience with P&L management and cost modelling.
• Experience working with infrastructure platforms and deployment models.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.
