As a Senior Associate you are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining elevated standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical proficiency.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
- a Double major, or major and minor, combining a technical focus in Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science or related degree - with a professional serves oriented focus - Business / Economics or related degree.

The salary range for this position is: $58,000 - $161,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
