As we continue to grow up market and deliver for our Enterprise customer base, we are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Managed Services team. You'll work closely with our strategic customers to implement monday.com to help their business needs and challenges on an ongoing basis. About The Role:

  • Take ownership of clients ongoing hands-on support of monday.com platform.
  • Provide personalized hands-on service to optimize the use of the platform for our clients resulting in faster time to value
  • Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with monday.com
  • Act as a project manager to ensure timelines are met
  • Work with customers to build their most time-sensitive workflows into monday.com and ensure there is a clear end-user training plan for those workflows.
  • Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in monday.com
  • Lead online training, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product
  • Build, own, and execute client success plans working closely with the CSM (Customer Success Manager) 
  • Spearhead internal cross-functional improvement projects
  • Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap

The Professional Services and technology pre-sales team is a group of humans with a passion for client relationships and crafting winning service offerings with a focus on delivery excellence. If you are keen, we'd love for you to join monday.com's Professional Services team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be the point person for delivering on the expectations of our PS packages, and navigating pre-sale activities through to project execution.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS as technical Customer Success / Implementation Manager / Technical Project Manager / Technical Account Manager / Technological Consultant, specifically within onboarding and implementation of software.
  • Experience in leading SaaS product implementation projects involving hands on proactive project definition.
  • Strong project management skills to keep projects on-track and manage unique flows. 
  • At least 2 years of experience implementing new technology for medium and large organisations. 
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
