Who we're looking for

Are you a hardworking individual who loves solving challenging problems and providing outstanding customer experiences? Zendesk is searching for a versatile Managed Services Consultant in Bangladesh to join our distributed team. If you thrive on collaboration with colleagues from different locations and want to have a significant impact on customers' success, this role is ideal for you.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain comprehensive product expertise across the Zendesk product line.

  • Successfully implement and manage a backlog of work for your customer portfolio, prioritizing tasks strictly within the available hours.

  • Provide proactive mentorship and business consultation to help customers optimize their Zendesk products.

  • Collaborate with global Managed Services Consultants to gather requirements, offer recommendations, and scope tasks.

  • Conduct detailed account reviews and configuration analyses to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Design, configure, test, and roll out complex configuration updates in production environments.

  • Contribute to operational improvements and drive initiatives within our rapidly growing team.

What you bring to the role

  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and offer proactive solutions.

  • Passionate about technology with a demonstrated technical competence.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact seamlessly with customers and internal teams.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring flawless high-stakes changes in production environments.

  • Experience troubleshooting and providing multiple solutions to complex problems.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional consulting or customer success experience.

  • SQL/Python scripting background.

  • Experience with analytical tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Zendesk or in the customer experience industry.

  • Professional language proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is a plus.

Please note that Zendesk can only hire candidates who are physically located and plan to work from Karnataka or Maharashtra. Please refer to the location posted on the requisition for where this role is based.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
