AI Automation Engineer – Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot
Role Overview:
We are seeking an expert-level Senior AI Automation Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. This role is ideal for a technically strong practitioner who can architect, build, and scale AI-driven workflows integrated with ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
You will act as both a solution architect and hands-on engineer, owning AI automation initiatives from design through production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience using end-to-end AI automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot Studio
- Build advanced Copilot-driven agents to orchestrate workflows, analyze documents, and interact with enterprise platforms
- Design and implement AI-augmented workflows using Azure AI services, AI Builder, and custom models
- Develop, customize, and integrate ServiceNow applications, workflows, and APIs with Power Platform solutions
- Experience with system integrations across Dataverse, SQL Server, REST APIs, and third-party platforms
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building automation and application solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- 4+ years of experience designing and deploying production-grade workflows and integrations
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI-enabled solutions in enterprise environments.
Power Platform & Copilot:
Advanced expertise in below:
- Power Automate (complex flows, child flows, retries, performance optimization)
- Power Apps (Canvas Apps) for workflow-driven applications
- Copilot Studio (agent design, prompt engineering, conversation orchestration)
- Proven ability to design secure, scalable Copilot solutions integrated with enterprise workflows
AI & Automation
- Strong hands-on experience with AI Builder, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure AI Foundry
- Experience integrating LLMs and AI models into real-world business processes
- Understanding of AI limitations, hallucination mitigation, and grounding strategies
- Experience automating document analysis, classification, summarization, and decision support
ServiceNow & Integrations:
- Advanced hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including:
- Custom applications and workflows
- Scripting, business rules, and APIs
- Enterprise system integrations
- Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with Power Platform and external services
Development & Data:
- Hands-on programming experience in Java, Python, and/or C#
- Strong working knowledge of SQL Server for data manipulation and integrations
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON payloads, and authentication mechanisms
Nice-to-Have
- Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure DevOps pipelines
- Power Platform ALM, solution packaging, and CI/CD
- Experience acting as a technical lead or solution architect
- Consulting or client-facing delivery experience
Shift: 12PM/1PM to 9PM/10PM IST
