Job Description Summary
This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in our Southfield, MI Corporate Office.This position does require mandatory overtime during the peak months.

As an Account Solutions Specialist you'll be responsible for processing client liquidation requests exclusively via email. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys working with numbers, and communicates clearly in writing.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring client requests are executed accurately and efficiently, all while maintaining compliance with internal and external standards.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Process client liquidation requests with speed and accuracy.
- Communicate with internal associates and Financial Advisors via email only—no phone support.
- Follow strict procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized digital records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
