Role Summary:
- Responsible for controlling all aspects of operations finance including financial planning & analysis, internal control, and ensuring compliance with NXP accounting policy. In addition, this role includes leading and driving strategic transformation initiatives, strategic site expansion, AT wide harmonization processes, and developing a high-performance, centralized business analytics team across the factories.
- This role is a director level role reporting directly to Global A&T Controller, and functionally to Factory General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive collaboration across the factory with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to achieve financial results, compliance, and cost improvements.
- Manage team, conduct goal setting and performance appraisal processes, coach talent, and serve as an organizational resource.
- Drive forecast planning and updates (monthly, quarterly, yearly), financial budgets, productivity planning, and performance analysis.
- Drive goal setting and forecast accuracy aligned with corporate strategies including cost savings, productivity, and efficiency improvement.
- Execute transformation projects assigned and AT-wide harmonization processes.
- Partner with Site SCO to align factory demand output, resources, and CAPEX requirements.
- Partner with Site HR to align hiring and headcount with demand output.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing to drive continuous improvement programs.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional partners.
- Analyze data and contribute to strategic planning through insights and trend analysis.
- Collaborate with A&T Central Finance team and global finance teams to define FP&A strategy, standards, and compliance.
- Lead and support as finance partner for strategic expansion
- Heavy involvement in BE1MES projects for standardization in A&T (CAMSTAR, LOV, EMV, etc.)
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Management (MBA is a plus).
- Significant professional experience of 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing with senior managerial exposure.
- Excellent business partnering and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Role requires analytical mindset combined with solid communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and SAP (Product Costing & Analysis).
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic and globally complex environment.
- Fluent in English; One of regional languages strong plus.
- Self-starter who exhibits energy and passion. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires the ability to prioritize workload for self and team
- Ability to up-level messaging and effectively communicate with MT members
