As Make Ready Coordinator, you are responsible for exceptional make ready and show unit standards of excellence, including but not limited to the following duties:


You will:

  • Verify quality of work and service from contractors/vendors
  • Report and follow up with completion of make ready service tickets and timeliness
  • Complete make ready tasks assigned by the Make Ready Manager
  • Appliance repair, plumbing repair, hardware replacement/repair, HVAC Troubleshooting, drywall patches and small paint repairs in vacant homes.
  • Ensure the quality and standards of each move-in ready apartment home using the Billingsley make ready checklist
  • Walk and assess damages and any charges to make ready/turn the apartment when assigned
  • Assist with maintaining quality and pricing standards from vendors and contactors
  • Complete and maintain accurate PO system as needed
  • Maintain accurate locks, keys per unit using keytrak systems and install smart lock systems
  • Program garage remotes per move in
  • Assist with appliance installation
  • Clear and effective communication with team members and residents
  • Maintain company safety standards and regulations
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Ensure the shops are organized, monitoring quantities and properly stocked on a weekly basis
  • Other duties as assigned by General Manager and Make Ready Coordinator
  • Work schedule is based on the need of the business and could require weekends

 

You will report to the Service Manager.

 

What you’ll need:

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • 2 years prior experience in a service management role
  • Hands on skills as associated with a multi-family site
  • Property Management software experience and knowledge
  • Cell phone, tools and vehicle to complete job responsibilities
  • Computer skills including email, word, and excel
  • Positive attitude promoting teamwork and career-oriented goals
  • Punctual, dependable, self-starter
  • Ability to multitask
