As a Major & Strategic Account Executive (m/f/d), you will be working in our Legal & Regulatory division where we help legal and compliance professionals enhance productivity, mitigate risk, and solve complex problems confidently.

About the role
We’re looking for sharp, ambitious Enterprise Account Executives to drive Libra’s growth across Big Law firms and large corporate legal departments in your assigned region. You’ll represent a best-in-class AI platform already trusted by Europe’s most innovative legal teams — your mission is to expand its reach.
You’ll own the full sales cycle, engaging directly with managing partners, general counsels, and innovation leaders. Working closely with our Customer Success and Legal Engineering teams — lawyers who turn legal expertise into scalable AI solutions — you’ll ensure every engagement delivers maximum value and credibility.

You will report to one of Libra’s Sales Directors and collaborate with a growing team of passionate professionals. Together, you’ll foster a culture of performance, agility, and customer-centricity — laying the foundation for sustainable growth across the region.
What you’ll do
Own the full sales cycle: from outreach and qualification to contract signature; in many cases close collaboration with the Account Managers of our content businesses that have a solid established relationship
Build and manage relationships with law firm partners, general counsels, legal operations leaders, and innovation heads.
Apply strategic account planning to prioritize high-potential opportunities.
Collaborate with Legal Engineering to design impactful demos, pilots, and AI workflows tailored to client needs and contributes to the professionalization of the sales process and team development.
Develop a deep understanding of customers’ pain points, daily workflows, and legal processes for driving sales based on the customer situation.
Map complex organizational structures to identify high-value use cases.
Guide multi-stakeholder deals through legal, IT, and procurement processes with precision.
Maintain accurate pipeline management and apply qualification frameworks to improve forecasting.
Utilize a customer focused sales methodologies (eg. Challenger Sale) to qualify and advance complex deals.
Deliver compelling presentations and business cases that demonstrate Libra’s ROI and strategic impact.
Share market insights and customer feedback with Product and Leadership to influence the roadmap.
Contribute to and refine our enterprise sales playbook — we’re building this motion together.
What you’ll bring
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration or related commercial field.
Experience
3–6 years of B2B SaaS new sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota through complex, high-value deals.
Strong commercial instincts and confidence engaging C-level decision-makers in legal, compliance, or operations.
Proven ability to navigate complex procurement cycles and influence cross-functional buying committees.
Experience selling into law firms, legal departments, or professional services — or the curiosity and drive to learn quickly.

Nice to have
Legal background (law degree or law firm experience), especially if you're ready to move from practicing law to transforming it.
Familiarity with legal tech or enterprise SaaS platforms and their value proposition.

This is a hybrid role, where you will spend at least eight days a month at our office, where you'll enjoy the benefits of connecting and collaborating with your colleagues in person.
