Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Directs, manages, plans, and administers the day-to-day operations of the IT Response Team (ITRT) in the US.

  • Has direct supervisor responsibilities. Provide leadership and guidance to team members by conveying business strategies, while striving for measurable results.

  • May lead or participate on cross divisional enterprise wide evaluation of new technology solutions/strategies that pertain to future-state support.

  • Provides leadership and mentors the team, conducts annual performance reviews and growth planning.

  • Acts as an escalation point for technical and non-technical issues, including client issue escalation. Either resolves issue directly or works with other parties, including but not limited to ITRT analyst, BTS managers.

  • Monitors metrics to ensure SLA's are being met and takes corrective actions when these are not being met.

  • Manages the day-to-day relationships with the client groups.

  • Manages Major Incidents (MIs) as needed.

Education & Expereince

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar area; or equivalent work experience.

  • 3 years technical, 2 years people management

The base pay for this position is

$72,700.00 – $145,300.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
