Job Summary:
The Major Accounts Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value clients and strategic accounts in Negros Island. This role focuses on driving revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of major accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in major accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand product/service usage within accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional revenue goals.
Customer Solutions & Support
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.
Strategic Planning
- Create and execute account plans that include growth strategies, risk mitigation, and retention tactics.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
Reporting & Analysis
- Provide regular updates on account performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.
- Analyze customer data to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in key account management.
- Proven track record of managing high-value clients and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
- Can drive and willing to do heavy field work in assigned area
