We have an exciting opportunity for a success driven sales professional to full-fill the newly created role of Major Account Manager within our growing Sales organization in Singapore. What You'll Do
We’re seeking a high‑impact sales leader who excels in building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across large Enterprises and Financial Services/FSI sectors to drive strategic growth and long‑term partnerships.

As large Enterprise & FSI Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving consultative, solution‑led sales across a portfolio of strategic Enterprise and Financial Services accounts. You will focus on building meaningful engagements with large organisations in sectors such as transportation & logistics, aviation & ports infrastructure, major financial institutions, healthcare systems, and regulated enterprise verticals.

You will partner closely with internal product, technical and partner teams to position high‑value solutions that align to customers’ digital transformation and cybersecurity risk‑mitigation priorities.

  • The Major Account Manager will be responsible for consultative selling and solution development efforts that best address large enterprise customer needs within a small list of targeted Fortune 500 accounts or Global 2000. 
  • You will identify, develop and close sales opportunities across the Arista product portfolio including Data Centre and Campus Networking platforms including our Cloud based WI-FI and POE switches. In addition, the product portfolio includes the Arista Routing Platform, Cloud Vision (network automation & telemetry), and our DMF Fabric Monitoring, NDR, Endpoint and AI-driven Network Identity Management solutions. 
  • Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned agencies
  • Creating and executing targeted account plans in concert with partner managers and sales engineering team.
  • Establish customer demand through pre-engagement planning, research, and solution alignment to mission.
  • Manage and align year 1 to year 3 business priorities across a named account territory.
  • Create a marketing plan aligned with named accounts and territory.

Qualifications

You are a driven sales leader with a proven track record of pursuing and closing large big bet deals within large enterprise organizations. You will posses:

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of selling technology solutions into large Enterprises and FSI customers.
  • Experience engaging and selling to large organisations in sectors such as aviation/transportation, infrastructure, major banks, insurance, or healthcare providers.
  • Working knowledge of selling networking equipment (Router, Switch, SDN, SD-WAN, Campus Networks, Network Virtualization, NFV,), data center, and/or  network automation solutions are prerequisites.
  • Bachelor Degree (BA/BS,CS,BBA) or equivalent. MBA desirable. 
  • Fluent level English proficiency and one Southeast Asian language.
  • Currently resident in Singapore - we do not offer relocation. 
  • All applicants must have valid working rights for Singapore.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to lead both internal cross functional teams within Engineering, Legal, Marketing and external partners. 
  • Proven navigation of End User requirements definition through the contracting and resale processes is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated people skills and ability to cultivate and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Proven track record of building business plans, documenting the processes, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Travel to our customers and regional partners within the territory.

Skills Required

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience selling technology solutions into large Enterprises and FSI customers
  • Experience selling to sectors such as aviation/transportation, infrastructure, major banks, insurance, or healthcare providers
  • Working knowledge of selling networking equipment and solutions (Router, Switch, SDN, SD-WAN, Campus Networks, Network Virtualization, NFV) and related automation/telemetry
  • Experience positioning data center, campus networking, Cloud Wi-Fi, POE switches, routing platforms, network automation, NDR and related security/identity solutions
  • Bachelor Degree (BA/BS/CS/BBA) or equivalent
  • MBA
  • Fluent English proficiency and proficiency in one Southeast Asian language
  • Currently resident in Singapore; candidates must possess valid Singapore work authorization at time of application (no relocation assistance)
  • Demonstrated leadership to lead cross-functional internal teams and external partners
  • Proven navigation of end-user requirements definition through contracting and resale processes
  • Strong relationship-building and people skills at all organizational levels
  • Proven track record building business plans, documenting processes, and exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to travel to customers and regional partners within the territory
