The Job
Our Shiftleaders have a heart for hospitality and strive to deliver remarkable customer service. All beverages at Maison CouCou are seamlessly integrated into the dining experience. The cocktail offering includes a unique selection of refined and often-overlooked beverages, and a tailor-made wine list, complementing Maison CouCou’s cuisine with the most exclusive wines and champagnes from around the globe.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations to guarantee a smooth and efficient service flow
Train and motivate the service team to uphold Maison CouCou’s commitment to excellence
Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism
Requirements
Proven experience in a Shiftleader, Supervisor or Management role within the hospitality industry
Previous experience working in a large city is an advantage
Fine dining experience is preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment
Team spirit
Fluent speaking and writing in English
Living in Amsterdam (flexible with commuting)
