What will you do?
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for improving the reliability and performance of our production equipment by:
- Developing, planning, and continuously improving maintenance processes.
- Optimizing preventive maintenance plans and analyzing equipment failures.
- Supervising maintenance activities during scheduled maintenance days (once every two weeks).
- Providing training and guidance on processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Analyzing maintenance data to identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements.
- Presenting technical plans and coordinating maintenance shutdowns and planned outages.
- Implementing and maintaining maintenance plans, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and asset data in SAP.
- Managing CAPEX lists and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborating closely with maintenance technicians, production teams, and external contractors to ensure maximum equipment availability.
What are we looking for?

You bring:
- A completed technical degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- An analytical approach and a proactive attitude toward identifying and solving problems.
- Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems, industrial automation, and control engineering.
- Experience or confidence in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and eliminate underlying causes of equipment failures.

- A gross monthly salary of up to €5,387, depending on your experience and qualifications.
- An annual bonus of 2% to 4.4% of your yearly salary, based on company performance and individual results.
- 8% holiday allowance and an 8.33% year-end bonus.
- 25 vacation days plus 11 additional ADV (reduction of working hours) days.
- A travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre.
