Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across assembly, painting, welding, and general services areas.
  • Supervise and support maintenance technicians across multiple shifts, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and execute improvement projects focused on reliability, cost, and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and optimize performance

What Skills You Need:
  • Mechanical & Electrical Knowledge: Solid understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and control systems, especially related to paint and weld equipment.
  • Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues.
  • Process & Project Engineering: Experience designing and validating engineering solutions, managing projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and intermediate English for technical communication.

What Makes You Stand Out:
  • Knowledge of Paint and Weld Processes: Familiarity with spray painting, powder coating, and welding techniques, including coating properties and process parameters.
  • PLC Programming & Automation: Experience with PLC logic, control systems, and automation troubleshooting.
  • Digital Tools & Data Interpretation: Proficiency in SAP PM, Autocad intermedium and Power BI for maintenance planning, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
