Main Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of paint application systems in manufacturing environments.
  • Coordinate and Perform regular maintenance on paint application systems and related equipment to ensure efficient operation.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with paint systems, including spray booths, curing ovens, and material handling systems.
  • Plans, coordinates and schedules preventive and corrective maintenance work load in to SAP system
  • Schedule routine inspections and maintenance tasks based on manufacturer recommendations and operational requirements
  • Provide technical support to production teams regarding paint system operations and best practices.
  • Lead or participate in the Maintenance projects, upgrades, or process improvements, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Train maintenance staff and operators on proper use and maintenance of paint equipment.
  • Assigns, coordinates and reviews the work of wage people, support and contract personnel. Provides technical consultation and a knowledge base.
  • Supervise construction activities on new equipment to ensure they adhere to design specifications, budget, schedules, and quality standards.


What Skills You Need

  • Mechanical and Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and control systems related to paint application equipment.
  • Knowledge of Paint Processes: Familiarity with various paint application techniques (e.g., spray painting, powder coating) and the properties of different coatings.
  • Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Proficiency in diagnosing equipment malfunctions and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software issues. (PLC knowledge required).
  • Process Engineering: Contribute to the design of engineering solutions; design the feasibility testing approach and supervise its implementation to support the development and validation of engineering solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze performance metrics and maintenance data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Project Management: Skills in managing projects, including planning, budget, executing, and monitoring progress, often involving cross-functional teams.
  • Advance English level.
