Roles and Responsibilities
● Conduct data-driven analysis to gain actionable insights and answer critical business questions (acquisition, retention, LTV, etc.) for key clients
● Monitor, optimise, and report on marketing and growth metrics and split-test results. Make recommendations based on analytics and test findings
● Work with data engineering to develop and implement new analytical tools and improve our underlying data infrastructure
● Analyse, forecast, and build custom reports to make key performance indicators and insights available to the entire company
● Manage ad-hoc reporting requests including prioritisation and delivery of reports and insights to meet stakeholders needs
● In this role you would be an individual contributor and will also be leading a team of other analysts with size of 3-5 people
Skills Required
- 1-5 years of relevant experience
- Conduct data-driven analysis on acquisition, retention, LTV and other marketing questions
- Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing and growth metrics and split-test (A/B) results
- Collaborate with data engineering to develop analytical tools and improve data infrastructure
- Analyze, forecast, and build custom reports and KPIs for company-wide visibility
- Manage ad-hoc reporting requests, prioritization, and delivery to stakeholders
- Lead and manage a team of 3-5 analysts while acting as an individual contributor
